Welcome to my website!
I am a PhD candidate in accounting in the Fox School of Business at Temple University. Prior to joining the Fox PhD program, I worked as an auditor in various industries at PwC and KPMG in Richmond, VA and Seoul, Korea. I received my undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Richmond and am a licensed CPA (active) in Virginia. I will be joining Fairfield University as an assistant professor in Fall 2025.
My research interests are in political economy and sustainability topics in financial accounting and auditing using textual analysis and natural language processing techniques to text disclosures. My main teaching interests are in accounting information systems, data analytics, advanced financial accounting, and auditing.
In my free time, I love being both outdoor (hiking and playing golf) and indoor (knitting and crocheting), spending time with family and friends, playing with my cat Donut, and exploring different cuisines.
